My Question or Issue

I had a second Spotify Premium account for awhile and wanted to cancel it.  I logged in to do so, and it seems my computer logged in to my main Premium account (with Hulu attached).  I accidentally cancelled that one instead, realized my mistake, and immediately restarted the subscription.    

 

It seems however that I am no longer getting Hulu.  Is that accidental cancellation and resub of my premium really going to stop me from getting that Hulu deal now? 

 

i have full payment history of my premium account going back years, i have the proof my spotify account was linked to Hulu....  just cant access it now.. I'll be pretty disappointed if I cant get that reinstated for something like that..   Anyone have any thoughts?  Spotify team, is there a way to get that deal reinstated as its plain to see the cancellation was accidental?  Please?

Hey @powahline, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

The Premium and Hulu bundle offer has now ended. Existing customers can still get Premium and Hulu, but once you cancel or change your subscription - you won't be able to get Hulu with your plan.

 

I'd recommend keeping an eye on spotify.com for future offers like this. If you're a college student, you may be eligible for Premium for Students.

I understand it ended, but i just accidentally cancelled my account and
reinstated it immediately once i realized it was the wrong account. There
isnt anything Spotify can do to just apply it again? I love my spotify
account and have been subscribing to premium for years. I was super excited
to get Hulu with it as well

Cancelling that account was a complete accident and non-intentional. Theres
no fix for this? I'm just out of luck then?
