Hulu not working with new Spotify package

Hulu not working with new Spotify package

I recently switched my package to the Spotify and Hulu deal that saves money and combines my account. My Hulu keeps saying “error” after I watch a couple episodes of shows. My show’s also don’t leave my watchlist after I fully watched the episode ... it still says “new”. 

Can anyone please help??

While the new Spotify + Huly plan is managed by Spotify, this sounds like a techincal problem with Hulu. Spotify can only help out with issues related to payment issues with the plan or issues related to Spotify.

 

I suggest reaching out to Hulu's support website to see if you can find a solution or reach out to their support team. Hopefully this helps out.
