A friend send me a gift card from amazon but I can't seem to activate it and I need help.

I tried to find something on the community but it wasn't easy or comfortable

could you please help me?

Keep in mind that Gift Cards can only be redeemed in the country they were purchased in. For example, if it was purchased in Canada, it can only be redeemed on a Spotify account where the country is set to Canada.

I recommend checking with your friend where they purchased the Gift Card (if you don't know). 🙂

it's from his amazon account, I think his setting is in the USA and I'm in
Venezuela 😞

Yeah, that's totally understandable. If your friend wants to send you a gift in the future, it might be best for him to send you the money needed to purchase Premium, so that you can purchase it directly for your account 🙂
