I CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION AND I STILL GET CHARGED

how can i cancel it I want the money of October back!!!

My Question or Issue

 I’m really mad because i have tried cancelling the subscription twice, first i had the family plan and i cancelled it and i thought i was out of spotify but i guess they put me in the premium plan, month after that i cancelled it a day before they had to charge me and today i recived an email of bank of america and they charged me again!!!!
