HELLO I NEED HELP!!! I NEED A REFUND!! I RECENTLY HAD GOTTEN THE NEW IPHONE XS MAX AND I HAD SWITCHED ALL MY INFO INTO THE NEW PHONE. WHEN I LOGGED IN ON SPOTIFY IT HAD MUSIC I HAVENT LISTENE TO IN YEARS BUT YET WAS STILL PREMIUM!! I HAVE BEEN GETTING CHARGED BY TWO ACCOUNTS UNDER THE SAME CARD! CAN I PLEASE GET A REFUND OF AN ACCOUNT I HAVENT USED ?!!! LIKE THIS IS THE ONLY SONG ON THE ACCOUNT AND I HAVENT HEARD IT IN YEARS!!!!

We recommend you check out this page and go through the steps. Since you mention you've been paying double, make sure to read through the 'Paying more than once a month' section. These steps should definitely help you out.
