I NEED A SOLUTION ABOUT MY ACCOUNT

I had a spotify account in Argentina but  when I arrived to Australia I  had to create a new account (because  Argentina account dessapeared!! and I lost my play lists) so I signed up to a 15 days premium trail. But, to be honest,  didn't work!. After that, spotify has been charging in my debit card USA 4,47 each month. After all I don´t have a Premium account so in  my bank account is being charged a monthly service free. How to I get my money back for a service I've never had? (I want to recover and stop monthly charge please!).  
Ordered on:
1,- 23/03/2017 Spotify P01F8472C8, 7261148, USD. 4.47
2.- 23/02/2017 Spotify P01BEC1D13, 52555117, $ 69.
