Hey @Victor111

If you're getting your subscription through your mobile provider, it's them who cancel the service, since it's them who charge you for it in the first place.

Cancel your subscription through Vodafone, and wait until your account becomes Free again. Once this happens, you can resubscribe through Spotify's website.

Hope it helps. 🙂

Thanks! But my concern is if when I downgrade, even if temporally, I may
lose my offline tracks or play lists etc. Do you think it will stay exactly
as it is?

I am trying to make sure my account stays exactly as it is (regardless if
it is being paid by me or a third party (Vodafone).

Kind regards,

By "offline tracks" I am assuming you mean tracks that you set to download off spotify for use without internet, you will lose access to those offline temporarily, but can still listen to them with a internet connection.

Your playlists will not be deleted.

Vodafone will cancel your spotify, and your account will go to free, then when you purchase a subscription for the account yourself, you will just need to mark the songs to want downloaded to redownload.
