I already paid

I paid my premium spotify but still its not updated on my account... please help what to do with it? is there anyone who can help? this is my first time to subscribe...

Hello there @kekomarie356, welcome to the community!

 

That doesn't sound right, let's try to figure what's going on 🙂 Did you subscribe directly via spotify.com/premium ? Can you make sure you're logging in the correct account?

 

Try the following:

    1. Check your subscription page. Your status should be Premium. 
    2. If it displays that you're on Premium, try signing out and back into the app. to shake things up. If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps here.
    3. If it says Free, check the receipt Spotify send to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.

 

 

If none of these helps, please take this survey that can point you out in the right direction.

To make sure you are subscribed to premium, check out status. You can do that by logging on to your accounts setting:

 

Follow the link below:

 

https://www.spotify.com/us/account/overview/

 

Enter the information for the account, look to the left of the profile box.

 

It is also possible that you subscribed to premium account with another email. Check to make sure that you are using the correct email when you login into Spotify.

thanks for answering my concern but as I checked still its under free
trial, im still not subscribe under the premium package... I do have the
receipt here still with me, paid it thru dragon pay on sm billing center.

Since someone marked my post as the solution, I'm a bit confused. If you're still having trouble, I'd recommend reaching out to a member of the Spotify staff so that they can take a look behind the scenes for you. You can do that on social media (Twitter or Facebook) or by using the contact form. Make sure, if you use the latter, to reply to the automated email you'll receive directing you back to the help pages, even if it's from a no-reply!

 

Support usually gets back within a day or two.
