I am a premium duo subscriber. However, my app shows me as a Free plan

The App shows me as a Free subscriber. However, my desktop correctly indicates I am a Premium Duo subscriber. How do I upgrade the app?

Hey there!

You might be logging into two different accounts. I'd recommend checking your profile in both devices to confirm you're using the same account in both. Check the steps to find your profile here.

If you're using a different account in your second device, you can log out and back in with the correct email address.

I have the same problem and when I log out and back in I have the same issue. The free app for Spotify only. In other suggestions?
