I am a premium member but my account has changed to a free one.

I am a premium member but my account has changed to a free one.

I have been a paid premium member for quite some time now. Suddenly my account has been changed to a free account. Please return my account status to premium please

Are your playlists, saved music and other stuff still there or have they disappeared as well? 🙂

Can you please head to https://spotify.com/account and check if it shows your plan as free or Premium there? 🙂

I have the same problem. I paid a premium for a year, but the account became free. Playlists and albums saved.
