My Question or Issue

I've been a verified student since August, but for the last two bill cycles I've been charged the full $9.99 instead of the student discount. I went into my account and saw that I didn't click on the final step to get the student discount, it now says it'll update on October 16th but it did say I was verified in August. Is there any way to get that money back?
