I am being charged for an account I no longer have access to.

I need to speak with someone about cancelling my account. I have no idea what the user name and password was. I loved using premium on my old phone, but it unexpectedly broke. I am unable to cancel this, and I am still being charged $9.99 per month. Please contact me at dfe0001@mix.wvu.edu

have you tried to reset your password by entering all you emails? In this way, you can find your Premium Account.
