Issue:

I had taken a 3 month free trial version with no ads. At the end of 3 months, I logged-in  to my Spotify account. However, I could not cancel my subscription since it showed that I have Spotify Free. I was then charged for Premium and went back again to cancel it. Still my account shows that I have Spotify Free and hence I am not even able to cancel my subscription. I DO NOT HAVE ANY OTHER ACCOUNTS ON SPOTIFY. I DO NOT LOGIN FROM ANY OTHER DEVICES.

I'd recommend following these steps. From there, if you need further help there is an option to get in touch with Customer Support.
