I am being charged from a plan I do not longer have!!

I am being charged from a plan I do not longer have!!

2 months ago, I changed from Spotify Duo to the family plan.

 

I am not the admin in the new plan so my colleague `pays for it, however, I am still being charged for the Duo plan! it is being two months now paying something I do not have!

 

I request my money back please

Thanks for reaching out. That's odd.

 

Did you use the same account to join the Premium Family plan? Subscriptions automatically pause when joining such a plan, as long as you use the same account to do it.
