I am being charged twice every month

I only have one account so I don't understand why this is happening. I use spotify on my phone and laptop.

Just to be sure, are both of the payments on your bank statement for Spotify showing as completed? If so, reach out to our team via Twitter or Facebook so they can have a look at your account.

There is a 9.99 charge pending that shouldn't be in there in the first place. Why??

If you don't know why you're seeing a pending charge other than the one for your subscription, it may be possible that you have multiple accounts. You can check if this is the case with the steps from this page

 

If you don't have a subscription and still see the charge as pending, contact your bank for more information.
