I am being double charge on my spotify, what should i do?

Just a background, i enrolled online but when my 2yr contract ended with globe, and renewed my acct again, my spotify revert to free. So i enrolled again using another credit card but then i notice that i am still being charged on my first credit card together with the other credit card i used for second subscription. The credit card company says they can not close my acct with spotify.. pls help

Try opening your account and deleting all credit card information and then after 24 hours add to get premium back and see if your still being charged.
