I am unable to change my subscription from Family Plan to Premium

I have Family Plan and I want to come back to Premium. When I try to change this in the Subscription options in my account settings, I keep getting an error message, something like "Something went wrong. Please, try again later". I tried many times in different days but I still get this error. I have my account asociated with Facebook, I don't know if this has something to do with it.

Please, can anyone help me with this?
