Hello, i bought a premium for a month but when i enter spotify there was a "payment failed" attention and my money has taken help me what should i do?

How do the payments show up on your bank statement? If they're pending, they haven't gone through and they most likely failed.

You can reach out to your bank to be completely sure on the status of the payment.

You can try signing up for Premium again here using an incognito window to see if it helps with the payment.
