I bought premium but my account is still on free

I bought premium but my account is still on free

Hi today 15 juni I bought premium for 3 months 0.99 cent but my account is still on free mode I did everything but it still doesn't work I got a Gmail that my payment was sent successfully but when I go on the account it still says I haven't bought it its for me pretty weird because a lot of friends of me bought the same thing to but hadn't this problem can someone help me.
