I by mistake payed for premium when i use to have family

I by mistake payed for premium when i use to have family

Hi

 

My creditcard was replaced and I forgott to change to the new creditcard number in time. And when I did change few weeks later i by mistake subscribed for just premium and not premium family that I use to have. Now my family member has lost their premium account. I have got a mail that i will be charge the premium fee but when i look at my account i still seems to have premium family. How can I get this right?

In this case, check your subscription page. Your status should be Premium for Family. If it's not, you can upgrade your account here. Keep in mind that since you upgraded your subscription from regular Premium to Premium for Family, your payment date will likely be a few days earlier than it has been. This is because of the difference between the price of Premium for Family and the regular Premium subscription you were on.
