I can't add my sister as part of my Family plan

I can't add my sister as part of my Family plan

Hi, I'm having a problem, every time I try to add my sister to my family plan when she accept the invitation code it shows a message that says something like "you can't be part of this family plan because we couldn't confirm that she lives on the same address than the owner of the plan" and we still live on my parents house so I don't know what to do now.

Sorry for your issue, and welcome ot the forums!

 

Could you try adding the family member on an incognito browser. If this does not work please contact spotify support @SpotifyCares on Twitter or Facebook.  If you do not have Facebook or Twitter please use  this contact form. And they can take a look backstage to see what is going on.
