I have family account, but i can´t add my wife, this information is wrong address.

So, I try for facebook, but not response. I read in web exist many cases about this problem. 

 

But i hope quickly solution, after all it is a paid service someone has to solve, if it is not possible they have to inform that we will cancel the subscription. they have to be transparent with your customers.
