I can’t buy premium after deleting my account

I can’t buy premium after deleting my account

I deleted my old account without canceling my premium account (it’s a long story). I signed up for a new account but when I try to put my card in to buy premium it doesn’t go through. I’ve put everything in correctly but it keeps saying “something is wrong”. I don’t know if it’s because I didn’t cancel my old premium or not. Please help

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

If you recently closed another account, and it was on Premium, then your old subscription will be canceled, since it's not possible to close your account on your own while you're on Premium 🙂

 

If you're experiencing issues subscribing to Premium on your new account, I recommend trying it in/on...:

If the issue persists, it could be caused by the payment method. In such a case, you can try using another payment method or reach out to Customer Support so that they can take a look at it.
