I can't buy premium

Hello! I've tried multiple times to upgrade to premium with multiple cards but I get the same error message saying,“Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don’t worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment method.” I've looked through these forums for an answer to this problem, but can't find anything. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
