I can't cancel my subscription?

I somehow can't cancel my Spotify subscription. I didn't subscribe through itunes to I can't cancel from there. I went to the Spotify website and paid for my subscription. When I go to my account and select subscriptions and then select the cancel/change option it only gives me the option to change to another subscription service, no option to cancel. I can't figure out what to do???
