I can't change my premium family subscription to premium

My Question or Issue

I´m trying to change my premium family subscription to premium only but it won't allow me. 
A message indicates that either my plan is not eligible for the change, or I already have that plan or I don't have a payment method saved. I´m the administrator and owner of the family plan. The loaded credit card is valid until 2023. I tried from different browsers and devices, in incognito windows and different networks, always with the same message and without being able to make the change. Thanks in advance

We'd recommend starting off by giving this a try in an incognito window or using a different browser.

 

If your issue persists, it might be a good idea to use a different network and turn off your VPN if you're using one.

 

You can check your subscription's status with the steps here to see if you were able to revert back to Premium Individual.
