I can’t enter to a family plan

I can’t enter to a family plan

It does not let me enter to a family plan because I have to wait 12 months but someone from my previous plan could enter this new one. What can I do? I need to enter to the plan

Thank you for posting here on the Community!

 

If you are rejoining the same plan (that you were a part of), then there should be no issue to do so - you need to receive an invitation link from the owner - here is how it's done. However, if you've been changing between plans for the last 12 months, and now you want to enter a new one, then you will indeed have to wait before being able to join a new Family plan, as we have a 12 month switching-restriction, meaning that members can only switch Family plans once a year. Other members might be still able to join that new plan, if they have not been switching between family plans and this is their first change for the period of 12 months.
