I can't get Spotify Premium

I would like to subscribe to Spotify premium but, I can't. There are so much info about credit card payment but I would like to subscribe by paying through the app.

well if he's having the same problem that I am it is that I dont want to use a credit card. mostly because i dont have a credit card. why can't i pay with itunes like i used to???
