I can´t get the premium with my cards

My credit and debit cards don´t worked to get the promotion of 3 months so I think it´s a problem of spotfy not me, so please fix it to get the promotion. Thanks

Has your account ever been used for this promotion in the past? It is a one time offer for accounts. 
If not, has your credit/debit card worked fine with a premium subscription before?

If you can include the error you receive that would hopefully sort it out better.

Hi I has this promotion but I was trying with other and not work, im sure that my cards aren´t the problema because i has already Premium at past.
