I can't join a Duo plan

Hi

My sis create a Duo for us and she invite me but I can't join

They said I can join family plan once a year but I do a Duo plan.How coild I do??

Have you joined a Premium Duo plan in the past, or are you trying to leave one to join your sisters?

I used to join Family plan before

Hey @qsdq9bxcdzle2pk,

If you've joined a Premium Family plan and left recently, you won't be able to join to a new plan within a 12 month period. This includes Premium Family and Duo plans. You can always start a new Premium Duo or Family plan.
