My Question or Issue

I was part of my family's plan (under my sister's name, but paid for by Mom). My mom forgot about that and disputed payment with credit card company. 

I received an email today saying I was removed and reverted to free account (which is fine), but my sister got an email saying her account has been disabled... She is unable to log in so she can update payment. We looked online and saw to fill out support ticket but that was not available due to coronavirus.

She was unable to post here herself because she couldn't login either. 

Is there an email she can reach out to?

Update:I got in with an active chat! Not sure how. But we did it.
