I can't pay my Premium Plan

Hello. I'm from Colombia. I've been trying to pay the premium for two weeks and it always gives me an error. I have used different cards, different accounts and I still have the error. I need help. 

I have spoken on twitter with the help of spotify and they keep telling me the same thing. I have waited 3 days, even more, I have done everything they have told me and I still have the same problem to pay. I have spoken with my bank and my bank accepts the transaction but it is rejected by you. I don´t know what else to do and I'm only have colombians cards and none of them works with you.

Let's make sure your cards meet the requirements on the picture attached to this post. Also, you can try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to process the payment.

 

As a last resource, you can use a different payment method to pay for Spotify Premium.
