Sorry to hear you’re having some trouble paying for Premium at the moment. I’d recommend checking out this article for payment troubleshooting steps.

There’s also some specific subscription-related troubleshooting over at the Spotify Answers board. You can also try using another browser or incognito mode to see if that makes a difference.

If none of those work out, please feel free to send a screenshot of an error message being shown (make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community).
