I can`t pay spotify with my card

I paid spotify with a debit card, but this lost me and i change the card, but now spotify rejects my card and I can´t pay.  Spotify shows me an error of my card, but my card is good because a buy somethings by internet. Please, help me with this, because i love spotify and i can´t use it.

I'm having the same problem on my end.  I called my credit card company as well and they told me that I don't have a hold.  They also told me that there were no attempts on making a purchase on Spotify so I believe it's an issue on Spotify's end.  Spotify can you help!?
