I can't pay

I can't pay

I've tried all my credit cards but it always says "payment is failed".I've tried for 2 days.I thought that could be a problem at the web site.Because my cards is avaliable.There is not a problem with that and I tried on pc,mobile(android).It still doesn't work.

I actually got a live chat this morning. They were very helpful. They said since I tried multiple payment methods that the system locked me out. Just have to wait for it to “reset” itself. They gave me a free month to get me through until it resets. If you can get a chat it is worth the time.
