I can't quit premium

Although Spotify said I can quit any time I can't quit my premium subscription this makes me very mad because I don't even use premium that often can someone help me because I can't find the option to manage subscription and accounts. I will sue Spotify if my premium doesn't go away.

"Change or Cancel" ?
