I can't renew my subscription I am using pay by mobile

I can't renew my subscription I am using pay by mobile

My Question or Issue

I can't pay it always say error please try again when I enter my phone number because I use pay by mobile and my carrier is sun then when I choose other options it always says 'you are not eligible for this offer' then when I choose the other offers it always take me back to the previous page.

How can I fix this?

Please I need help my premium subscription ends today.

Thanks for reaching out to us about this - we'll be glad to help you out here.
 

We'd suggest you try processing the payment once again in a private/incognito window. This step makes sure you avoid issues with your browser's cache. If that doesn't do the trick try again in a different kind of browser.  

 

In case you still experience the same, send us a screenshot showing the error message you see. Just attach the image to your next response to us. This way we can take a closer look at the issue.
