I can't seem to find Spotify Premium $9.99 but only the family plan for $15

I would like to say this seems incredibly shaddy. I click on the $9.99 link, and it gives me a more expensive link? Are you guys hoping I wouldn't notice and allow you to charge me an additional $5? I have spent way too much time on this matter for wwhat it is and this is my second post on the matter.
