I can't subscribe to Spotify Premium

Whenever I try to subscribe to Spotify Premium, it gives an error that my country and payment method don't match. I am from Pakistan and I am using my Askari Bank's Union Pay Debit card to pay but Spotify doesn't accept the payment.

Ok, so you can confirm that your account's country setting to Pakistan at https://spotify.com/account and that your payment method has also been issued there?

If the answer to both questions is yes and you're still getting an error message, I recommend reaching out to the bank/company who issued your payment method.
