I can't update my payment method

I can't update my payment method

It's been a couple of days since I startest to receive a message on the app saying there was an error processing my payment and that I need to update my card info. I've tried it with two different credit cards, I've gone into incognito to do this and nothing has worked so far. Also, as an extra detail, I have the student discount.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.


Awesome of you to have already tried a couple of troubleshooting options with the incognito mode and switching to a different card! The next best thing  to do is to follow all the other suggestions here.
