I can’t use the redeem code on a gift card. Please help

it just say “Error occured, Try Again” without any error code or whatsoever

Keep in mind that:

• Gift cards are not redeemable in conjunction with other discounts or promotions, such as Premium Family, Premium Students, or trial offers.
• Spotify gift cards can only be redeemed on Spotify accounts registered in the same country where they were purchased.
• Other Terms and Conditions may apply.

You can try redeeming it in an incognito/private window of your browser as well. 

If you follow all the steps and you're still not able to redeem your gift card, feel free to reach out to customer support. You can find the contact form in that article.

Yes i’ve followed all the steps, but i can’t use the code, even if i entered a random code, the error is just the same
