• You cannot apply this premium code to your account. This is probably because you currently have a Premium subscription that cannot be combined with a Premium code.

Unfortunately, I'm unable to see the screenshot you've uploaded, if you've uploaded one.

I'm assuming you're on Premium Duo? If so, please understand that you can use Spotify gift cards to redeem time on an individual Premium plan - to continue paying for one, or upgrade from a free account.

However, you, unfortunately, can’t apply a gift card on discounted plans like Premium Student, Premium Family, Premium Duo, or trial offers.

How the **bleep** is this acceptable? Couples, students, and families also get gift cards and would like to be able to use them. If that’s not possible, why isn’t there a warning on the card so the purchaser knows not to buy it in the first place?
