My Question or Issue
I'm writing because of a problem on my account. We had a Family Premium and everything went perfect, but I forgot to read the email about verifying my adress and the 7 day deadline expired so I have the free account now. I tried to verify my adress but it's not working I'm still on the main page and I can't verify it. It offers me just to make new account. Can you please help me with that?
