I canceled my plan and I need to delete my Credit Card Information

My Question or Issue

I need remove my credit card information and your UI is hidden it. I canceled my plan and I don't want to have my credit card information in Spotify. I'm not planning to use spotify in future

Once you've canceled your subscription, your payment method is automatically deleted.

We understand you wanna remove your payment details since you're not planning to use our service anymore.

 

No worries, we can confirm that after you cancel your subscription, your payment details are no longer available in Spotify.

I can cancel log out clear my cookies get up from my desk go to another computer hotspot to my phone use a different browser in incognito mode log back in and add a family account and it will show stored payment methods. Spotify really needs to implement a feature to actually delete or remove the card like Disney+ has. The way it’s done is shady and shameful.

Exactly there is no such way to delete card information. This is irritation and we feel unsecured.

Yes, my issue is resolved after contacting with customer care. Appreciate your help.!

 

I recommend to have an option and remove card details as when we want. Instead of hiding it.
