I canceled my subscription and I'm still getting charged

I canceled my subscription and I'm still getting charged

I've gone through all the quick links Spotify has to figure out how I can stop getting charged for Spotify after I've canceled. I don't have any other accounts, I only had one and every time I check to see if I still have premium it tells me I'm on the free option and I can upgrade. Does Anybody know who I can contact so I can stop getting charged for a subscription I no longer have??

Is it possible that you have two accounts? Using a username and password and using facebook to sign up creates two separate accounts so it's possible you could have two logins one of which is free the other is premium.

 

Try logging in here using both methods so you can check your account status.

 

If you find that one is premium then use the links to cancel it or use this form (edit it using acrobat or word) and send it to the email address that's on the form and one of the team will be able to cancel your account for you.
