Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

As a start could you check if you have more than one Spotify account with the steps from this page? This way we can find out if the issue is related to a subscription on a secondary account. 

 

If you find a secondary account, you can cancel it's subscription as described here. It is also worth checking this support article to get more insight on the possible reasons for the charge.
