I cancelled my.Spotify account about 5 months ago, but I'm still being billed

I cancelled my.Spotify account about 5 months ago, but I'm still being billed

I cancelled my.Spotify account what I thought was about 5 months ago, and just noticed that i am still being billed through paypal. This doesn't make any sense because when I checked my Google account it does not show that I have any subsciptions, or any history of one. I do not have any other google accounts.

Hey @Seasnskiea, welcome to the community!

 

Right now, Spotify subscriptions can't be set up through your Google account. We suggest following this troubleshooting to make sure you don't have multiple Spotify accounts that could be causing this.

 

If you find a Premium account, make sure you follow all these steps to cancel the subscription. You should receive an email notification with a playlist once the subscription is fully cancelled.
