I cancelled my premium account in a day but still I didn't get my refund

It has been 3 day I didn't not receive my money.i cancelled my premium account with in a day ,I tried their 2 months Free trial

You should not have been charged if you've successfully claimed a free trial offer. Can you please provide more info about this charge, such as the amount you were charged?

Also, no refunds are automatically being issued when you cancel. 🙂
