I cancelled my premium and have still been charged for the past 5 months

I cancelled my premium and have still been charged for the past 5 months

I cancelled my Spotify premium five months ago because I was supposed to get a free trial and didn't get it. I just discovered, that for the past couple months I was being charged for premium again. I only found this out due to my bank information because Spotify doesn't tell me when they take money from me. I want a refund for the month you just charged me

Hey @Edgelord6969,

 

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.
