I cancelled my premium but I was still charged

I cancelled my premium but I was still charged

My premium trial was supposed to end yesterday but I cancelled it around noon. I was just wondering if I cancelled it too late and if that was why it charged me. I'm not too worried about it, just curious! Thanks!

It sounds like you cancelled it too late.


If you do not use the premium, you can get a refund,

I suggest you contact support so they can help you


If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.


Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
